HOW ADMISSIONS WORK
Every family’s path is different, but our admissions team helps you understand the next step, gather the right documents, and move toward enrollment as smoothly as possible.

Start an Inquiry
Call 718-468-9000 and ask our office staff to guide you to the first step.

Admissions Review
Our team reviews your child’s current services (if any), documents, and possible program fit at Sunshine.
For CPSE children, services must match the authorized IEP.

Coordinate Next Steps
With parent consent, we may communicate with your Service Coordinator, CPSE Chairperson, school district, or evaluation team.

Complete Enrollment
Once authorization forms from the CPSE administrator and required forms from families are complete, we confirm your child’s start date, orientation, transportation details, and first day plan.
