Every child begins their journey in their own special way.


When Sami walked into your classroom, he carried two beautiful languages in his heart—Spanish and English—and a world of possibilities waiting to be discovered. Some days, finding the right words was hard. Some lessons took a little longer. Some victories were small enough that only someone with a caring heart would notice.


You understood that learning isn't a race. It's a journey filled with patience, encouragement, and love. Because of you, Sami learned that his voice matters in both languages. He learned that mistakes are part of growing, that trying is something to be proud of, and that school is a place where he is accepted, understood, and loved just as he is.


As Sami continues his journey, he will carry with him the kindness, patience, and encouragement you gave him every single day. Thank you for seeing beyond the challenges and believing in the amazing child he is becoming.


The seeds you planted today will continue to grow for years to come.
